A friendly Italian restaurant in Talence, with a large, pleasant terrace. On the plate, nothing but good, well-worked products. The pizza dough is fine and crisp, and the risottos and pasta are cooked al dente. Italian-style kir and fragola frizzante, both made with prosecco, are perfect accompaniments to antipasti. In winter and autumn, the owner cooks Pasta flambé in front of you , linguine in a marsala sauce with mushrooms and guanciale, flambéed with grappa in the parmesan wheel.

Équipe sympa dont le patron qui prend le temps de vous parler.
Et surtout je recommande les raviolis au gorgonzola. Le jambon sur les pâtes était excellent. J'ai du redemander du pain pour me délecter de la sauce.
