On the road between Trouillas and Fourques, Stéphane welcomes you in his stall in the middle of the vineyards to taste his organic products (and those of his mother, Arlette Paramon, winegrower in Trouillas): wines, grape juice, vinegar, almonds and jams. The products of friends who work well have not been forgotten since you will also find olive oil, figs and a beautiful display of organic fruits and vegetables. Local products are at producer prices. Not forgetting Bouba, the farm's draught horse, who will take you around the vineyard in a horse-drawn carriage.
