MAS DU SABARTES
Guest rooms with a swimming pool offering a breathtaking view of the Canigo.
It's an authentic place to relax and unwind. Chantal and Hervé Bourbon open their five guest rooms, where ancestral furniture takes pride of place. On their 25-hectare farm, they cultivate fruit and olive trees. In this large, farmhouse-like house, hospitality is at its best, just as Chantal is simple, generous and friendly. The view of the Canigó is breathtaking from the cosy living room, which opens onto a magnificent shaded terrace. In summer, Chantal prepares the table d'hôte under the arbour (Tuesdays and Fridays), or in the dining room on rainy days (yes, yes, it happens). After a dip in the pool or a stroll in the garden, sit down and enjoy the delicious cuisine of the hostess and her home-grown produce, including olive oil, sweet wines and homemade jams. Put your suitcases down for a few days, and you'll be in for a treat.
