Erdoan is a very small producer based in Tresserre in the lower Aspres region. Le Petit Futé had difficulty finding him because he is so modest and communicates so little, but the fox has a sharp nose and after hearing his name in the mouths of restaurants or his fellow winegrowers, we finally found him. Erdoan produces natural wine without chemical inputs and with indigenous yeasts and very little sulphites... on only 3.5ha. He works his vines as naturally as possible, and often by hand! We tasted and loved the Engrenatxe (100% grenache) and Ecce Terra (grenache, mourvèdre, carignan) vintages. Erdoan also makes rosé and has just created a 100% Syrah. Juices to taste at any price and a character to meet.
