For more than 25 years Hélène and Henri have been driven by this conviction to work well and cleanly (in integrated agriculture and integrated pest management). On the stalls you will find all the good fruits and vegetables that make the reputation of the Catalan country (peaches, apricots, melons, peppers, tomatoes...). Picking takes place every day of course. But Au jardin des Saveurs is much more than a sales outlet because Hélène and Henri wanted to make this place a showcase for the products of this corner of Roussillon to which they are so attached: wines, olives, anchovies ...

The Pagnon family has been established for 5 generations between the sea and the mountains on limestone soils, and has made the noble choice of organic farming for its vines and to diversify by planting apricot trees and 5 hectares of olive trees. We enjoy their wines as much as their apricot juice, Muscat grape juice and prickly pear nectar, and especially their extra virgin olive oil from the arbequine variety. In summer, they organize winegrowers' evenings, aperitifs and concerts, and offer the possibility of visiting their estate (upon reservation).
