Here, we're talking low-temperature cooking, full-bodied juices, gourmet delights, local produce and Roussillon wine pairings. The welcome and service are faultless.

L'extérieur un peu banal mais bien situé ne laisse pas penser à des plats aussi bons que ceux que nous avons dégustés.
La magret cuisson basse température est plus que parfait tant en ce qui concerne la qualité du produit qu'en ce qui concerne la préparation et l'accompagnement.
Les desserts sont du même niveau.
Les éloges que nous avions lus sont parfaitement justifiés et je recommande sans réserve ce restaurant.
