Jean-François is a beekeeper in Serralongue on a wild and wooded territory. The honey house is located on the family property in the small hamlet of Galdarès. After 1 km of rather passable track, you are at the end of the world, at Kevin and Jonathan's farm, on the banks of the Lamanère stream, near the old mill. Starting from nothing (the building was a ruin), they now raise 12 dairy cows of the Montbéliarde and Brune des Alpes breeds that graze in the undergrowth and meadows. When you taste their products, it's not surprising that they were the winners of the Agricultural Dynamics Award in 2017. Everything is a treat: raw cow's milk, faisselle, tommes, yoghurts. The only thing missing is the barrel of wine!
