Domaine Boudau is a family story that goes back to the beginning of the last century. This sun-drenched estate extends over clay-limestone soils at different altitudes, which allow the family's favourite grape variety, Grenache noir, to express itself perfectly. We fell in love with the red wines Le Clos (very greedy and round) and Patrimoine (more fresh and delicate). The same grape variety and yet two different wines - superb! The conversion to organic is the consecration for this domain regularly acclaimed by the great tasters.

Hervé Bizeul, a Perpignanese who returned to Roussillon after many journeys, firmly believes that this Catalan terroir is magical and that it can give birth to great wines. Started from nothing but with many dreams... His wines are now considered to be among the top 100 French wines. Hervé has chosen poetic names that today resonate in the ears of the best restaurateurs: La Petite Sibérie, Images Dérisoires or De Battre mon Coeur s'est Arrêté.
