Encore un grand moment de plaisir dans ce restaurant de Rivesaltes, où nous nous arrêtons à chaque fois que nous le pouvons entre notre retour d' Espagne et le Var.
La cuisine est excellente et offre un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel. Bien des tables " étoilees" au Michelin pourraient s' en inspirer.
Quand au service de la salle il est agréable, prévenant, sans lourdeur sous la houlette du responsable de salle, un vrai professionnel.
