The Privat family has been specialists in Catalan garnet since 1945. A circuit leads you from the exhibition hall (400m2) where old tools are on display, to the reconstructed garnet mine. A guide accompanies you and tells you the history of this jewel. A video will tell you more about the manufacturing process: the garnet is a mythical stone that culturally symbolises Catalonia and represents truth and fidelity. Finally, the workshops where the Privat family works in front of you.

Je suis très souvent passée devant sans m'arrêter. Je cherchais ma bague de fiançailles et je l'ai trouvée ici. Et elle sera unique. Beaucoup de choix. Un savoir-faire exceptionnel. La seule bijouterie des PO qui maîtrise les 5 opérations de la création de la taille de la pierre au montage ! La vendeuse a été très patiente avec moi. N'hésitez pas à faire la visite guidée pour découvrir.
