Die Genialität liegt in der Einfachheit! Diese gastronomische Preziose ist unabdingbar zu besuchen! Es braucht nicht viel, nur Gutes! Gute Tropfen aus der Flasche, eiskaltes Pression, guter Kaffee, strahlend freundlicher Service und eine grundehrliche, verdammt gute Küche. Frischer Salat, herzhaftes maulfüllendes Dressing, Frisches á la plancha live vom Chef im Schatten unterm Baum des Restaurantgartens zubereitet. Die Chipirons waren der Knaller, so zart wie ein Babypopo, und das Côte de veau top! Die Grenouilles wurden mit reichlich, in Olivenöl geschmolzenen, Knoblauchzehen gereicht. Die Austern werden ebenfalls frisch vor den Augen der Gäste geöffnet und dann kredenzt. Die anschliessende so apfelige und so leckereTarte Tatin war so grosszügig dimensioniert, das es für zwei Gedingehauer untertage gereicht hätte. 5 Sterne mit Zugabe! Á bientot!
