Restaurant with terrace offering flammekueche.
Eric and Aurélie, two Strasbourgeois, brought in their luggage some gourmet ideas from their region. All year round, you can enjoy delicious toasted bread, accompanied by a nice green salad (it's so rare!). In the summer, you can sit on the terrace, sheltered from the wind, or inside to devour one of the specialties, the flammekueche, then out of season it's the sauerkraut or the baeckeoffe that become the flagship dishes of this charming canteen.

Restaurant très sympathique. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et les tartines sont délicieuses. Le plus, une chaise haute pour les enfants en bas-âge. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage à soulac.

Ce petit bistrot de tartine est une très belle découverte. Les gérants sont un couple du gentillesse et d’une bienveillance rare. Les tartines et tarte flambée étaient délicieuses avec des produits frais et tous fait maison! Merci encore à eux pour leurs accueil. Patricia Romain et Mocha
