Eric and Aurélie, two Strasbourgeois, brought in their luggage some gourmet ideas from their region. All year round, you can enjoy delicious toasted bread, accompanied by a nice green salad (it's so rare!). In the summer, you can sit on the terrace, sheltered from the wind, or inside to devour one of the specialties, the flammekueche, then out of season it's the sauerkraut or the baeckeoffe that become the flagship dishes of this charming canteen.
