At Les Chiens Fous, enjoy a gourmet break on the seafront overlooking the beautiful Soulac beach and the ocean. All in a cheerful atmosphere, with a team always ready to listen. On the plate, quantity meets quality. Fresh and very seafood: oysters from Marennes, plates of pink shrimps, whelks, mussels marinière, Spanish mussels or mussels with Roquefort, pan-fried chipirons à l'andalouse, or scallop parmentier with two purées. For dessert, we love the homemade Chocomousse à la Noisettine du Médoc.
