The 120 Lacaune ewes produce exceptional milk which, once transformed, is available in tome, cremons (crottins), and fresh cheeses, curds, mato and brousse. The work of the Coste family is regularly rewarded in trade shows. Our shepherds and master cheesemakers also offer a gîte for two people to rent. A great idea for a gourmet and relaxing holiday!
