Here are simple people who speak with love and passion about their olive trees that produce these nectars that you will taste after visiting the mill. In just a few years, they have conquered the world, since from America to Asia, the oils of Mas Saint-Pierre are on the best tables. Labour, know-how and respect for the environment... and a bit of witchcraft are the keys to this success. A shop was recently opened in Collioure. A real favourite!

For nearly 100 years, combining tradition and modernity, but always with the aim of selecting the best olives, the Catalan offers you a tasting of its products which are declined in 3 ranges: the flavoured, the medium and the intense. Also on sale are tapenades, olive jams and olives in jars. Its museum, its production workshop open to the public and its guided tours are really instructive for the whole family.

Domaine Força Réal has been a family affair for 30 years. The organically grown vines stretch over a wide range of terroirs (schist, limestone and clay). We feel that diversity is the key word for this family of winegrowers. A particular favourite at the tasting was "Les Hauts de Força Réal", in white and red, an ambitious and delicate wine. Finally, 10 hectares are dedicated to the other king fruit of the Mediterranean. The native olive and picholine varieties, hand-picked and ripe, give a high quality, slightly fiery oil.

Domaine Carle Courty is a winery located in Millas, Pyrénées-Orientales. Since 2002, they have been producing wines from organically grown grapes, and since 2012, they have been ECOCERT-certified. The estate covers 15 hectares and offers a variety of grape varieties such as Muscat petits grains, Syrah, Carignan, Grenache noir, Roussane and many others. The domaine has a boutique where you can taste and buy their wines. Their postal address is 6 route de Corneilla, 66170 Millas.
