A very friendly address nestled in the heart of Matemale. Nicolas has been in business since 2015, preparing gourmet, traditional and local cuisine. The dishes honor local produce, are generous and always tinged with a touch of delicacy. That's what "una bona cuina" (good cooking) is all about. There's no menu here, just a slate that fades away and is often rewritten to vary the dishes and respect the seasons. Smooth, delicious cooking! We appreciated the warm, family atmosphere of this authentic mountain restaurant.

Restaurant tres agréable avec une ambiance conviviale. Les plats étaient tous excellent sans aucune déception, nous étions 11 donc plusieurs plats de testés. Merci et encore bravo au chef.

Deuxième visite pour moi dans ce petit restaurant niché à Matemale. A première vue la salle mérite un rafraîchissement mais la qualité des produits servis fait oublier ce petit détail…. Les viandes très tendres sont excellentes très bien cuites, la plancha copieuse, seul petit bémol les accompagnements un peu basiques à mon goût….
