A very friendly address nestled in the heart of Matemale. Nicolas has been in business since 2015, preparing gourmet, traditional and local cuisine. The dishes honor local produce, are generous and always tinged with a touch of delicacy. That's what "una bona cuina" (good cooking) is all about. There's no menu here, just a slate that fades away and is often rewritten to vary the dishes and respect the seasons. Smooth, delicious cooking! We appreciated the warm, family atmosphere of this authentic mountain restaurant.

Accueil peu chaleureux, accès à la terrasse refusé, plats indiqué dehors non renseigné sur la carte à l’intérieur et ni proposer, service peu agréable et ne nous avons pas du tout retrouvé le côté chaleureux d’un bon restaurant de montagne convivial
Point positif rien n’est perdu juste à revoir
Et nous avons repéré un restaurateur cherchant à travailler avec les produits locaux
Il ne faut pas se fier à l extérieur car resto très cosy.
Nous avons très bien mangé ! La cuisine est simple mais bien présentée et les saveurs très agréables !
