Facing the vineyards of Château Guiraud, in the heart of the village of Sauternes, Le Saprien, which takes its name from the adjective used to describe a wine produced by noble rot, like Sauternes, stands proudly. However, this superb panorama and the excellent Sauternes wine will not make you forget what you have on your plate. Consecrated by the Collège Culinaire de France as a Quality Restaurant, Le Saprien has however changed owners. Romain Pons has entrusted the keys to his kitchen to four young managers. Reopening in spring 2022.

Restaurant découvert sur les conseils de fins gourmets . Nous avons passé une excellente soirée avec un service très professionnel dans une ambiance décontractée. De l’entrée au dessert la cuisine est remarquable avec le chef qui nous accompagne jusque dans nos assiettes . Hâte d’y retourner pour le menu champêtre .
