Since 1903, Maison Desclaux has passed on its artisanal know-how from father to son. Anchovies are salted by hand, then cleaned and crowned in barrels of brine to obtain an unrivalled aroma and taste. In the store, you'll find canned and semi-fresh anchovies in a variety of seasonings. La Maison Desclaux is also a delicatessen, a wine cellar, a concept store combining tableware and ready-to-wear, and an anchovy bar where you can enjoy anchovies in "pica-pica" mode from starter to dessert.

La fabrication des conserves d'anchois est une institution à Collioure et ce sont surtout deux familles qui perpétuent la tradition. L'accueil chez Desclaux est agréable et il y a un très grand choix de mets, pour tous les goûts, tous les palais, Passez y un moment si vous venez à Collioure!
