Successful change of management, a new smiling and efficient team for the now Ibis Styles. Since its makeover and new signage, the hotel's guests have been nothing but happy. The communal areas have been redesigned, with small, pleasant lounges for greater conviviality. The rooms, spread over 4 floors served by an elevator, are good-sized and perfectly maintained. They are equipped with quality bedding, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, full bathrooms and even a terrace on the first floor. To get your day off to a good start, you can enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast in the morning - a real treat! On sunny days, you can enjoy the pleasant infinity pool or take the Canet shuttle bus, which stops in front of the hotel and takes you directly to the beach. Particularly attentive welcome, free parking, swimming pool, gym, comfortable rooms and excellent value for money.... As you can see, this is a real 3-star hotel, an address to be (re)discovered as soon as possible.

Todo muy bien comodidad, ubicación, buen desayuno, lo malo es que cuando entramos en la habitación habían ventilado para hacer la habitación y había mucha cantidad de mosquitos gigantes, podrían poner mosquiteras y sería de 10.

Muy bien ubicado económico, no ponemos un 10 por la cantidad de mosquitos dentro de la habitación.
Nous avons effectué une première réservation en ligne pour une nuit dans leur hôtel (MXHLCBFZ), en indiquant le numéro du programme de fidélité, et payée à l'arrivée. La facturation était correcte.
Par la suite, nous avons décidé de rester deux nuits supplémentaires (réservation NBCLBLCN) et à la fin nous avons payé la facture sans revoir les détails.
Après avoir examiné cette deuxième facture, nous avons constaté qu'ils ne m'avaient pas accordé la remise de 5%, mais qu'ils nous avaient payé les points Reward correspondant aux deux réservations.
J'apprécierais que vous résolviez ce problème.

Tot va estar molt bé, però:
Vam fer una primera reserva per internet per a una nit al seu hotel ( MXHLCBFZ), fent constar el número del programa de fidelitat, i vam pagar en arribar. La facturació va ser correcte.
Desprès, vam decidir estar.hi dues nits més (reserva NBCLBLCN) i al finalitzar vam pagar la factura sense repassar.ne el detalls.
Un cop repassada aquesta segona factura, hem vist que no em van fer el descompte del 5%, però si ens han abonat els punts Reward corresponents a les dues reserves.
Agrairia resolguessin aquest problema.
