Le Miramar, an atypical beach restaurant in Canet-en-Roussillon, welcomes you to the Promenade de la Côte Vermeille, just fifteen minutes from Perpignan. Situated on the seafront, the restaurant offers a gentle, exotic interlude in a warm, elegant setting. Run by David, this establishment is renowned for its gourmet cuisine with flavours from the four corners of the globe. On the seaside, the products are impeccably fresh: shellfish, crustaceans, sea bream, sea bass, red mullet and sole are sublimely prepared a la plancha. On the land side, meat lovers will be seduced by beef ribs, Vedell veal ribs, Iberian pluma and Tirabuixo pork planks, all cooked on the barbecue. Exotic dishes inspired by Asia, Morocco and Spain, such as woks with green curry, tajines and the famous "crying tiger", are also on offer. In the dining room or on the terrace, lulled by atmospheric music, each meal becomes a unique sensory experience.
