Renewed coup de coeur for this completely renovated hotel, Quality Sud de France, Quality Tourism and Natural Park of Catalan Pyrenees. Beautiful spacious, double, triple or family rooms with 4 beds, with shower or bathtub, flat screen and Wi-Fi connection for rates to be competitive! But what the Little Futé appreciated above all is Marcel's kitchen, a local cuisine with local products such as the beautiful cerdanes and meats of our mountains: the Catalan lamb "Xai" and the Vedell calf or "Pyrenees" are the menus. Typical Catalan dishes, not to mention the children's menu whose cherubins don't leave a crumb. The inhabitants of the mountain are warm, and it is in front of the fireplace that you can enjoy this atmosphere before resting in the reading room while preparing your day of the day by consulting the many IGN maps of Marcel. Because he was born here in the Old Inn, he is the 3 rd generation of hotel owners. As for her charming wife, she is also from Cerdagne, be sure they know her well and will tell you the places that only the people of the cru have the secret. C'est une équipe soudée. La cuisine est de saison , produits locaux , fait maison. Cela m'a rappelé les années 70 ,époque ou les hôteliers avaient du respect, dans mon village pour leur personnel et une qualité d' acceuil personnalisé. L' AUBERGE OU ON était heureux.
Arrivée des plats ... une incohérence au niveau des quantités par la serveuse sûrement gérante. Des plats à partager très mal faits sûrement par manque de compétences. Pour le dessert nous nous sommes rabattus sur une glace fraise périmée ( pourquoi ? Une opercule caoutchouteuse) se qui indique clairement une date passée . ( une enfant)
Et 3 plateaux de fromage à mourir de rire . Nous avons reçu 1 tranche de fromage à raclette nous avions pensé à une blague !!!
Pour résumer ça a été le pire restaurant de notre vie sans goût sans vie . La seule chose qui a été correcte c'était la bouteille de vin rouge qui n'était pas locale .
