Simple and refined, it marvellously combines the expected and the improbable. This culinary ode is set in a superb old cellar. A day that continues in the cellar with the tasting of the excellent wines of the estate and then why not in one of the luxurious rooms of the superb "eco lodge". Only one place for three wonders.
