Olivier Borrat, born from a family of winemakers and fishermen, chose olive culture. He works in particular on argondeil and courbeil, an ancestral local variety that disappeared after the freezing of 1956. The operation is visiting. In 2011, during the first participation in a olive oil competition, this oil obtained the gold gold gold medal "Authentic" and in 2014 the oil bar of Mas Reig was awarded the regional Olive oil competition in the "Coup de Cœur" category for a lot of olivières.
