Gildas looks after the 12 hectares of trees on the estate, which has the particularity of straddling the border. Olive trees, picholine and picual share the limelight with very specific varieties such as argudell and rudunell. Each season 4 single variety oils are produced in fruity green and fruity black. The Domaine de la Mer Blanche has 3 hectares of organic land with 800 olive trees, one hectare of pomegranate trees and one hectare of fig trees. The Mer Blanche olive oil comes from the olive tree, emblematic of the Catalan region. It is a blend of black and green olives that gives birth to this oil, which is highly appreciated for its balance, its aromatic richness (especially tomato flavour) and its beautiful roundness in the mouth.
