The last white-sand beach before the coves of the Côte Vermeille, this family-friendly resort enjoys an exceptional location at the foot of the Albères mountains. In summer, thousands of tourists from all over Europe flock to Argelès-sur-Mer, with its old village, ramparts, shops and dynamic year-round activity. This seaside resort has preserved some of its distinctive architectural features, with houses dating from the 30s and 50s. Further south, the marina of Port-Argelès. Finally, before the Côte Vermeille, the last white-sand beach of Racou, with its charming, erosion-resistant cottages.
