La Table d'Alex is home-made and seasonal, with that little touch of inventiveness that is Alexandra's signature. The spices and other condiments are measured out with infinite care so as not to alter the taste of the food, and then the explanation of the Chef who comes out of her kitchen to discuss with her tables. A sensitive woman who speaks with emotion about her love for cooking, Alex is so touching that she lives her recipes by explaining them to you. Bravo madam and thank you, we spent a very nice moment of conviviality in your establishment.
