BISCUITERIE DU GÉVAUDAN
Kocolo and Zaza are the little nicknames of Franck and Isabelle's kids. This gourmet couple imagined their artisanal biscuit factory in 2010 by selecting the best possible ingredients: fresh eggs from Aveyron, French Jura butter, flours and hydrosol from Lozère orange blossom, sugars and cocoa stamped fair trade, some plants - lavender, calament, thyme geraniol - hand-picked from preserved lands... If short circuits are preferred, biological origin is required. Of course, in this very natural list, no colouring, sweeteners, preservatives or flavours. Kocolo and Zaza make healthy and good biscuits, perfumed with common sense and authenticity. Their recipes are original and the flavours are often unpublished! In their range: crunchy biscuits with lavender, almonds or gingerbread; tasty coconut and lemon; plain, raspberry or caramel shortbread; lemon madeleines; small aperitif cakes; gluten-free and vegan (just a desire to keep it simple: the couple personally do not know any intolerance or allergy).
