In the kitchen, the chef creates astonishing, colorful dishes, an exotic mix of little-known flavors, for the pleasure of the eyes and the taste buds. Worthy of a gourmet restaurant, Wanaka is surprisingly good value for money. Not to be missed: half-pigeon cooked at low temperature, or black forest revisited. From appetizer to dessert, it's a no-brainer. A journey is guaranteed with every bite.

Excellent restaurant: high quality product, a real chef, creativity. A unique place.

Moderne französische Küche in einem zeitgenössischen Ambiente (das die Vorlieben des Inhaberpaars für Neuseeland bzw. "Wanaka" verdeutlicht). Dazu hervorragende nationale (Rot-) Weine, so dass es einem bei dem Degustationsmenü (6 Gänge) nicht langweilig wird. Auch wenn der Zeitraum zwischen den einzelnen Gängen manchmal etwas lang erscheint.
In der Küche verarbeitet tatsächlich nur ein Koch beste Zutaten, wie Hummer. Vermutlich auch deswegen ist die abendliche Gästezahl auf ca. 15 beschränkt, weshalb man reservieren sollte.
Es würde nicht verwundern, wenn das Restaurant zukünftig einen Stern bekäme.

Très bon Restaurant, à découvrir absolument. Il est égal à de très grand. Le conseil vin est également super. Très longue réussite à ce jeune couple !!!!
