Restaurant offering a cuisine made with passion in Saint-Vivien-de-Médoc.

A few years ago, after completing her training at Fish la Boissonerie in Paris, Marion Metenier landed in the heart of the Médoc at this former bistro, Le rendez-vous des chasseurs, run by her father Bernard for over 20 years. And so it was with a flourish that she set out to conquer this vintage rade, furnished in the style of a china shop. A successful gamble. Today, her passionately crafted cuisine appeals to locals and beyond. The menu is short, as are the routes she takes to source the finest, freshest produce.
