The Chabanol house, a quality bakery, has been part of the morning happiness of the inhabitants of Saint-Mathieu for many years. Jean-Luc, the fourneaux, works in organic and respects the business. La pause déjeuner était décevante, le sandwich avait du pain rassis et la viennoiserie était sèche. J'ai également eu des doutes sur la fraîcheur des sandwichs, comme s'ils dataient d'un autre jour. De plus, aucun des quatre membres du personnel derrière le comptoir n'a répondu à mon bonjour à mon arrivée.

Service super rapide malgré la queue qui sort de la boulangerie la plus part de temps, ce que je trouve normal au vu de la qualité des produits et du service. Les pâtisseries sont divines et on peut commander de pain à burguer ou autres à peine 24h en avance, ils sont vraiment top.
