Following the merger of the Notre-Dame de Londres, Valflaunès and Saint-Mathieu de Tréviers wineries, the Vignoble des 3 Châteaux, formerly known as the Coteaux du Pic winery, is now one of the most prestigious in the Languedoc. The temperature variations between day and night, combined with the Mediterranean and continental climates, favor optimal ripening of the grapes and the presence of polyphenols, giving the cuvées their originality. These special, authentic wines express themselves with elegance, offering a unique experience.

This estate, which backs onto the first hills of the Cévennes, is south-facing. It is dominated by the Pic Saint Loup and the causse de l'Hortus. The vineyard, located in the northernmost part of the Coteaux du Languedoc appellation, covers 45 hectares. AOC grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault were planted between 1980 and 2000. The wines produced by this estate are recognized and referenced in numerous guides.

Pierre, who has an agricultural background, takes care of the vineyard, and Xavier, the youngest, who has a business school diploma, manages the marketing. A close-knit and committed family business, practicing natural methods in the vineyard as well as in the cellar, to improve the quality of the wines of the estate. Jean-Marc is proud to count today in the country 50% of winegrowers in reasoned fight and 20% in organic farming. The conversion of the domain is now well and truly underway!
