The Chabanol house, a quality bakery, has been part of the morning happiness of the inhabitants of Saint-Mathieu for many years. Jean-Luc, the fourneaux, works in organic and respects the business. Breads, pastries, pastries, everything is to be tasted! Mention, however, for his madeleines, awarded to the competition Hérault Gourmant 2013. They are simply exquisite.
