The Chabanol house, a quality bakery, has been part of the morning happiness of the inhabitants of Saint-Mathieu for many years. Jean-Luc, the fourneaux, works in organic and respects the business. Éviter les viennoiseries
Le pain tradition et les madeleines sont bons, mais alors les croissants et les pain au chocolat sont immondes! Sans consistance (on appuie et il n'y a plus rien) l'autre jour ils n'étaient même pas croustillants. On s'est demandé s'ils n'étaient pas de la veille! Franchement, ce serait vraiment les 2 produits à travailler. C'est vraiment dommage. Une chose est sûre, on n'en achètera plus.
