This prestigious wine estate is nestled in the heart of the vineyards, just a few minutes from Pézenas. The château, built in the late 19th century, is owned by the Santa family, who set about restoring it as soon as they acquired it in 1999. 4 gîtes are available for rent, and the estate can be privatized for major events. It was here that Johnny Hallyday discovered Languedoc wines, and was so taken with them that the famous cuvée Terre d'Aumes bears his signature.
