Michel Mas is known for his love of the land. A winemaker handed down from father to son for four generations, in 2006 he created his own 7-hectare estate at the foot of the family château. Viognier, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon make up his work. Respect for nature is another of the estate's hallmarks. Based on Organic Farming, the Organic Forestry method and Biodynamics, Michel Mas offers wines characterized by terroir aromas. Gourmet, elegant and rich in fruit, these are fine wines to discover!

For three generations, the Boudet family has kept its confectionery recipes. Alongside the thirty or so multicoloured berlingots, the other specialities of the house are enthroned: Frontignan muscat chocolate and nougatine. Winter is the time for milk pralines and vanilla-scented almond pralines, while summer is the time for the fruity scents of the berlingots: cherry, tangerine, caramel or even pine nut. Great craftsmen of taste with a very friendly welcome. A visit that will delight children and all gourmets!

The traditional market: held every Saturday, this market welcomes around 120 traders throughout the day. Whether food or non-food, all products are of the highest quality, bringing color and freshness to downtown Pézenas. If Saturdays are public holidays, the market is held on Thursdays instead.

Organic market: for the past seven years, a market has been held every Saturday morning, bringing together organic and biodynamic producers from the Pézenas area. To revitalize the town center, traders are now present in the Square du Poilu.

This is a beautiful pastry bakery, with its beautiful colours that dellanegra the walls and the impressive choice that is available to us, especially the festive wand, the "flavor of the year", the category stick in 2007 and 2008. Campaign breads or cereals are simply excellent, coming from a Red Label flour for the most or Moulins de Sauret. The pastry shows great creativity and the same, made-up chocolates, it is true that it is Daniel Lallemand, pastry pastry and chocolate maker already well known in downtown. Lallemand is a renowned name in bakery and catering in the region. In particular, it's one of the best places to discover the famous Pézenas pâtés. Founded in 1910, it is now run by the fourth generation of the family. Located in three key areas of the town, the brand offers a collection of sweet and savoury delights: fig bread, caramelized walnut tart with salted butter and honey, chocolate brioche, old-fashioned apple tart with vanilla, marshmallows, chocolates and other delicacies...

Since 1734, Domaine Monplézy has occupied a prime position in the Pézenas terroir, now a Natura 2000 zone and member of the LPO. For four generations, the Sutra de Germa-Gil family has been cultivating vines. Built by great-grandfather Jean in the 1920s, it was his son Georges, a winegrower but also a trade unionist and Member of the European Parliament, who turned the estate into a cooperative winery. Today, Anne, Christian, Benoît and Margot are at the helm. Converted to organic farming, they sell their fine cuvées all over the world.

La Seigneurie de Peyrat is a family-run winery that offers visitors a unique experience. This historic estate welcomed King Louis XIV and Cardinal Mazarin in 1660, and today offers a collection of elegant wines to taste and discover. La Seigneurie de Peyrat also promotes wine tourism, offering tours of the estate and wine tastings. The soils of this estate have been devoted to vines since Roman times. Grapes from the roussanne, grenache, syrah and mourvèdre varieties grow on this arid, stony soil. The result is a heady wine destined for aging. Le Petit Futé liked the Chapelle de Bébian cuvée, which needs no cellaring! The 1 ha estate is home to Matthieu de Lauzun's gourmet restaurant (1 Michelin star) and a hotel with a dozen rooms.

Château Montpezat is a winery located in Pézenas. It offers a wide selection of organic wines, from white to red and rosé. Visitors can taste and buy these wines directly on site. Guided tours of the vineyards and the winemaking process are also available.
