As the locals know, Cabiron is synonymous with gourmet delights. While part of the company is dedicated to catering, the house is also a workshop for sweet pleasures. In the center of town, near rue de la Loge, Cabiron welcomes gourmands with the sweet flavors of homemade ice creams, chocolates and pastries... Inside, the 2007 Meilleur Ouvrier de France showcases his ice cream and pastry collections. While his ice creams and chocolates are a hit with onlookers, it's his macaroons that are the icons of the house. Available in savory and sweet versions, they are well-balanced and come in an infinite variety of flavors, as well as fruit concentrates. We can't get enough!
