The praise of slowness! Indeed, David and his team offer a long-life organic bread made with flour rigorously selected for its purity and natural leavening, reminding us that he "takes his time to make bread that's good, generous and crusty". The classics (country, seed, rye, rice and buckwheat, small spelt, etc.) share the counter with cakes and specialty breads, as well as three ranges of gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan organic products. Viennese pastries and cookies are also a highlight of this address!

I was here a few weeks back and the bread is amazing! I had the chocolate bread and had to come back to buy more because it was so good. I asked for recommendations and the raisin bread, fougasse d'aigues mortes didn't disappoint! Plus the products still tasted good after a few days what speaks for great competence in making bread. I still have some chocolate bread in the freezer so I can even enjoy the taste back in Germany :)

Ça fait un petit moment que je viens et je ne suis jamais déçue ! Les produits sont d’une qualité exceptionnelle et tout est tellement bon. Leur focaccia est mon péché mignon, je ne pourrais me nourrir que de ça ! L’equipe est tout aussi exceptionnelle, toujours le sourire et d’une gentillesse remarquable. Je recommande les yeux fermés

Sublime pains au levain, fougasse d'Aigues mortes, brioche....et le pain au cacao, un miracle!

Boulanger comme nous l'aimons. Il fait du pain (délicieux !) au levain, qui se conserve plusieurs jours, avec de bonnes farines. Ici, pas de baguette, mais des pavés ou des boules de pain. Pas de trancheuse, et c'est normal : le pain tranché se conserve moins longtemps. La gamme de produits n'est pas très large, et fait la part belle aux pains ; autrement, l'établissement propose aussi des cookies, une brioche, un "plat" salé (focaccia, ou ce genre de choses, ça change d'un jour à l'autre). Les horaires sont atypiques, mais assez larges pour ne jamais tomber en panne de pain (ma hantise !). Le service est toujours gentil et bienveillant. Merci, Ô Pain Délicieux ! Bravo et continuez !
