The praise of slowness! Indeed, David and his team offer a long-life organic bread made with flour rigorously selected for its purity and natural leavening, reminding us that he "takes his time to make bread that's good, generous and crusty". The classics (country, seed, rye, rice and buckwheat, small spelt, etc.) share the counter with cakes and specialty breads, as well as three ranges of gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan organic products. Viennese pastries and cookies are also a highlight of this address!

Bonjour j aime tout dans votre boulangerie et grâce a sa facilité de congélation, nous ne mangeons plus que votre pain aux graines. MAIS depuis qq semaines ( janvier 25) dans la miche nous avons eu plusieurs fois de grosses cavernes dans le pain…. De 10 cmx6cm !…pourquoi ces irrégularités? Pour les tartines c’est pas pratique! Et l’année dernière nous n’en avions pas eu.
Voilà! Un questionnement et un peu d’inconfort..! Pas très grave.

Le pain est délicieux ! La boulangerie est très bien placée, la qualité des produits est excellente. Ils ont différents pains, le plus dur est de choisir ! Le rapport qualité/prix est très intéressant. Très bon accueil et très bon pain !
