The praise of slowness! Indeed, David and his team offer a long-life organic bread made with flour rigorously selected for its purity and natural leavening, reminding us that he "takes his time to make bread that's good, generous and crusty". The classics (country, seed, rye, rice and buckwheat, small spelt, etc.) share the counter with cakes and specialty breads, as well as three ranges of gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan organic products. Viennese pastries and cookies are also a highlight of this address!

L’un des meilleurs pains que j’ai jamais goûtés. Le subtil goût du levain, la mie dense, la croûte craquante, le pain est simplement parfait et à un prix très raisonnable.
