David Putty, a graduate of the Christian Vabret Meilleur ouvrier de France school specializing in organic bread with natural leavening, runs the organic bakery at Beaux-Arts. His speciality? The praise of slowness! Indeed, David and his team offer a long-life organic bread made with flour rigorously selected for its purity and natural leavening, reminding us that he "takes his time to make bread that's good, generous and crusty". The classics (country, seed, rye, rice and buckwheat, small spelt, etc.) share the counter with cakes and specialty breads, as well as three ranges of gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan organic products. Viennese pastries and cookies are also a highlight of this address!

Je cherchais désespérément une boulangerie et par hasard je suis tombé sur celle ci. Accueil très sympathique et pain excellent! J’ai choisi un pain au levain que j’ai trouvé vraiment très bon. Je recommande cette super boulangerie!

No baguettes or croissants but you won’t miss them when there are other delicious options like pain cacao.

Bonne boulangerie. Le pain et les focaccias sont excellentes.
Par contre c’est fermé le matin pour le petit dej et à la pause de midi. Dommage pour une boulangerie

Adresse recommandée à raison par mon voisin épicurien Philippe Il y a des boulangeries certes plus près mais on y gagne à fréquenter O pain délicieux Pour info, cet été il n'y aura pas le pain à la châtaigne du mardi Nos préférés sont le complet et le pain aux olives Sachez aussi, que le jeudi il y a un quasi "sans gluten" et que c'est à nous de faire nos tranches de pain (par contre pas de pbm pour nous vendre des 1/4 ou des 1/2 pain) Bref la queue devant le magasin parle à elle seule !
