PAIN BRUT
Opened in January 2019, this excellent bakery is all about wellness. Behind the scenes, it is Marc who keeps the shop going with passion and energy. After 30 years in the entertainment industry, he decided to change his path and create an ethical bakery. The craftsman focuses all his production on organic materials (natural leaven, ancient wheat, filtered and dynamised water, etc.). Every day, he produces breads from his workshop, and customers have the opportunity to taste his signature breads: the "Brut" and the "Grain de brut".
