Aqualove has made rescue and first aid its specialties. Lifesaving sport rescue is an Australian sport inspired by circumstances that you can find in professional rescue, its special feature is characterised by two specialties: flat-water rescue (swimming pool) and coastal rescue. It consists of 12 individual disciplines including swimming, rescue board (paddleboard), surfing ski (kayak), the rescue of a dummy and races with fins. As for first aid, Aqualove offers various trainings: from simple initiation to Brevet National de Sécurité et de Sauvetage Aquatique (BNSSA) (National Security and Rescue Certificate). The rescue school is open to children from the age of 5, they first learn how to swim there, then rescue and first aid. In addition to these main disciplines, the club offers aquagym, swimming and babies swimming lessons in different swimming pools of Montpellier and its urban area.
