Hotel bien situé, il y avait des travaux de rénovation dans le hall de l'hôtel, un des ascenseurs était en panne , problème au niveau des toilettes dans la chambre, soit la chasse d'eau était défectueuse, soit les toilettes était bouchée!!! On a signalé le problème, ils n'ont pas réussi à le résoudre. Spa hammam très minimaliste pas de vestiaire ni de zon de repos. La piscine était très froide le jacuzzi vraiment trop chaud. Confort inférieur aux autres Oceania où nous avons l'habitude de séjourner. Par contre bel immeuble art déco et très beau petit jardin personnel d'accueil diligent et efficace.

All the staff were wonderful and so helpful. I haven't been to a hotel where the staff were as good as the Metropole. Great atmosphere and a stunning lobby. Rooms were great, very quiet and clean. Blackout curtains were great and the bathroom was as good as they come. Beds were very good if a little on the firm side! All in all a fantastic stay!

Séjour très agréable concernant la chambre et le petit déjeuner. Néanmoins, il serait intéressant de revoir les réservations de vos chambres puisque nous avons été obligé de nous rendre sur internet pour réserver une nuit de plus alors que nous étions sur place. Enfin, beaucoup de papiers à signer pour passer quelques nuits dans une chambre. Cela reste un endroit très beau et avec un personnel souriant (pour la majorité )
