Since setting up shop at the entrance to the town in 1978, the Gigliano and Cours families have been selling their own productions of Bouzigues oysters and mussels from the open sea or from ponds. The freshness and quality of these products are unrivalled. In the fish tank, you'll also find first-rate violets, almonds, tellins, whelks, cockles and other clams. Lobsters, shrimps and lobsters in season complete the stall. A small delicatessen corner with artisanal tielle and all kinds of marinades, octopus, anchovy shrimp... You can also buy a nice seafood platter to take away.
