RENAUD SUQUET
Renaud Suquet, a farmer for 30 years, has started to cultivate old cereals organically in the communes of Creissan, Villespassans, Quarante and Cruzy. It grows varieties of old and local wheat (Touselle, Barbu du Rousillon, Florence Aurore), legumes (alfalfa, chickpeas) and small spelt. This cereal is considered to be exceptionally healthy. It is distinguished by its particularly intense aroma of honey, gingerbread and hazelnut. Renaud markets the varieties of tender wheat he harvests from local millers, favouring short circuits
