RENAUD SUQUET

Renaud Suquet, a farmer for 30 years, has started to cultivate old cereals organically in the communes of Creissan, Villespassans, Quarante and Cruzy. It grows varieties of old and local wheat (Touselle, Barbu du Rousillon, Florence Aurore), legumes (alfalfa, chickpeas) and small spelt. This cereal is considered to be exceptionally healthy.
