In the small Camargue, the secrets of the gardiane are very well guarded by Alain Quetant, specialist in cooking dishes. His recipe is developed with local products that kaminraum for long hours. The estate also produces numerous rosés, sparkling reds and Carthagène.

The town has several weekly appointments not to be missed, the food market: Thursday morning, theGreat market: Sunday morning on the esplanade Roger Damour. A not-to-be-missed event, it attracts many regulars as well as summer tourists for food products, decoration, clothes and accessories, the Flower Market: every Sunday morning and finally the Flea Market: on Saturday mornings, the Roger Damour esplanade is covered with a variety of stalls and is filled with passionate bargain hunters. It's the place to be for bargains!
