A former restaurant owner in Sète, Michel-Henri Pacheco created this gourmet label in 1981 to concoct regional specialities and seafood products named after his daughter, Marie-Amélie. Today, she runs the shop of this house, offering fish soups made from whole fish, à la sétoise, gastronomic fish soups with lobster, langoustines and shellfish, bouillabaisse, stuffed mussels, Label Rouge or organic, and always MSC sustainable fishing.
