Between sea and pond, the Pastourel family cultivates their vineyard planted with small-grain white Muscat grapes. Visible from the road, the estate is well worth a visit. A visit to the cellar is worthwhile, as you'll discover the latest techniques in vine-growing, including software to control vinification. The house produces sweet, mellow, dry and sparkling muscats: something for everyone! Their cellar also offers a wide range of Languedoc wines (over 100 different estates) selected by the winemaker.
