This family estate, located on the banks of the Orb, is an exceptional winegrowing property. For six generations, the Viennet family has been perpetuating the winegrowing tradition, and since 2006 has been focusing on wine tourism. The estate covers 60 hectares and produces a range of 12 wines, aged in a magnificent cellar carved out of the rock. The estate also hosts sculpture and painting exhibitions, and has five guest rooms in the château, surrounded by English parkland. The cellars can be visited by telephone reservation.

At the Chai du Languedoc, discover exceptional wines and products. For more than 30 years, Martine and Denis Andrieu have been sharing their passion for the arts of the table. A well known address for permanent tastings, especially under the patio in summer, but also for meetings with the wine growers of the Occitanie region. Of course, you can find wine at the property price, but also spirits, beers and a selection of delicatessen products from the region. Finally, the adjoining cheese shop will delight the taste buds of wine lovers.

Alaryk beers are handcrafted in Béziers. Organic and additive-free, they contain only water, malt, hops and yeast. With respect for traditional know-how, our specialty beers are both rich in flavor and pleasant to drink, tasty and elegant, all inspired by the Languedoc wine-growing region. The brewery's doors are open to you by reservation to discover their production methods, but you can also taste their beers at wine merchants in the Hérault region or at Comptoir Alaryk in Montpellier.

This craft brewery in Biterre opened in 2016, the result of the passion of Sébastien Alary and Jean-Olivier Rieusset. The two wine, beer and spirits experts matured their project for two years before launching. The brewery now offers 18 French craft beers 100% organic, without colorants or preservatives: Blonde, Amber, White, Winter Beer, Triple Grain ... It is also possible to visit the brewery by making an appointment by e-mail.

Jean-Pascal Pelagatti, a young winegrower based in Béziers, produces white, rosé and red wines on his 24-hectare family estate. Using integrated farming methods, he produces mainly IGP Oc and IGP Coteaux de Béziers. The wines are fine and well-balanced, especially the reds. The vineyard, certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale), attracts quality wine lovers. It's a "coup de coeur" in the Guide Hachette des vins 2020. The welcome is excellent, and the advice is very pertinent.

The Canal du Demi-La Gorge Fraîche craft brewery stands proudly on the banks of the Canal du Midi. Installed in a former sugar refinery, the bar-boutique with its industrial atmosphere offers an ideal break to discover the full range of beers of the place. The white beer tickles with its notes of spices and citrus fruits, the blond one has a beautiful golden color, while the amber one delights the taste buds with its caramelized flavors. The managers also offer for sale the wines of friends and spirits of the region.

Domaine de la Barthe, in the Eychenne family since the early ^20th century, was taken over by Yves and Viera in the 1960s. It offers fine, controlled wines, gorged with the sun of the garrigue and born of clay-limestone soils typical of the region. Their diversified vineyards (Merlot, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Muscat d'Alexandrie...) stretch along the slopes of the Canal du Midi, offering a broad palette of aromas. The Métamorphose and Eurythmie cuvées have won awards at the Languedoc Grand Vin competitions.
