This craft brewery in Biterre opened in 2016, the result of the passion of Sébastien Alary and Jean-Olivier Rieusset. The two wine, beer and spirits experts matured their project for two years before launching. The brewery now offers 18 French craft beers 100% organic, without colorants or preservatives: Blonde, Amber, White, Winter Beer, Triple Grain ...
